WordPress Was/Is Not Always a “Cash Cow”

In this blog, I do two simple things. First I explain why it’s important to take a step back sometimes from WordPress as a means to financial gain. Note that I don’t denigrate WordPress and commercial practice in any way, quite the contrary in fact. I simply make the point that if we don’t give ourselves space and time to think WordPress in different terms than mere monetization, we stifle the space.

The second thing I do is highlight some excellent free WordPress theme developers. I mention the following websites: IlluminaTheme; WPShower; New Wp Designs; FT Themes; WPExplorer and iWeb.net.
